ScienceTokyoX is a wireless LAN service provided through the NOC Service. It uses 802.1X authentication with a NOC ID. For usage notes and prohibitions, please refer to the ScienceTokyo User Guide.
IP addresses are automatically assigned from the following ranges:
- IPv4 addresses
- Ookayama / Tamachi: 10.3.0.0/17
- Yokohama: 10.3.128.0/20
- IPv6 addresses
- Ookayama / Tamachi: 2403:4440:40:61::/64
- Yokohama: 2403:4440:50:63::/64
Notes for Connecting from Android Devices
The settings screen may differ depending on your Android version and device model.
- When connecting to ScienceTokyoX, select PEAP for the EAP method, MSCHAPV2 for Phase 2 authentication, and Trust CA certificate (or equivalent).
- If your version requires a domain to be entered, enter
titech.ac.jp. - For the anonymous identity, please use one of the following: leave it at the default, or enter
anonymous.
