By obtaining a NOC ID via the Science and Engineering Portal, you can use the services listed below.
The services are available only on the School of Science and Engineering campuses. (They cannot be used on the School of Medical and Dental Sciences campuses.)
We also plan to provide new services that use a NOC ID in the future.
About the Beta Service
For the NOC ID–based service "ScienceTokyoX," the beta service period has been extended to March 31, 2026, to expand the service in connection with the university integration.
Beta service period: May 2, 2024 to March 31, 2027
During this period, the service may be suspended without prior notice; please use it with this in mind.
Operation during this period also serves to debug the service, so we would appreciate it if you could actively report anything you notice via the inquiry form.
About the NOC ID
The NOC ID is an account used to access the network services provided by the NOC on the School of Science and Engineering campuses. A NOC ID can be newly created from the "NOC ID" menu of the Institute of Science Tokyo Science and Engineering Portal.

A wireless LAN service that uses a NOC ID for 802.1X authentication. For details, please see ScienceTokyoX.
Laboratory NAT (Planned)
